- Job descriptions you paste into the application

- Payment information (processed securely by Lemon Squeezy — we do not store card details)
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Generate tailored resumes, cover letters, and interview preparation materials
- Process payments and send transaction confirmations
- Send service-related communications (account updates, support responses)
- Monitor and analyse usage patterns to improve the product
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Your profile and resume data is never shared with third parties or sold.
AI and Your Data
MyApplyMate uses AI (OpenAI) to generate resume content from your profile. Your personal data is sent to OpenAI solely to generate your requested documents and is subject to OpenAI's data processing terms. Your experience is never used to train AI models without your explicit consent.
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@myapplymate.com.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
