We want you to be completely satisfied with MyApplyMate. If you are not happy with your purchase we are here to help.
Credit Refunds
Unused credits — full refund
If you purchased credits and have not used any of them you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
Partially used credits — partial refund
If you have used some credits but not all we will refund the value of your unused credits within 7 days of your original purchase date.
Fully used credits — no refund
If all purchased credits have been used we are unable to offer a refund as the service has been fully delivered.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@myapplymate.com with:
- Your account email address
- Your order number from Lemon Squeezy
- The reason for your refund request
We will respond within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 5 to 7 business days.
Quality Issues
If you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using your credits properly please contact us immediately. We will either fix the issue or provide a full refund regardless of the 7-day window.
