No Refund Policy

All purchases on MyApplyMate are final and non-refundable. Credits give you immediate access to resume generation, cover letters, interview preparation, unlimited ATS scores, and section regenerations. Because this digital content is delivered instantly upon purchase, refunds are not possible once a transaction is complete.

Why We Have This Policy

Credits never expire, there is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no recurring charge. You pay once and use your credits whenever you are ready — there is no ongoing commitment to cancel or refund.

Exceptions

Refunds are considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment — you were charged twice for the same order
• Technical failure — payment was deducted but credits were never added to your account

If either applies to you, contact support@myapplymate.com within 7 days with your order ID.

Credits Never Expire

Purchased credits are valid indefinitely and remain available on your account until used.
